This Sunday we will have our next 5th Sunday. Every month that has five Sundays in it, we take that 5th Sunday morning to go connect with part of our community. It's our regular reminder that the beauty of a gathering can take place in a "worship" gathering, like most Sunday mornings, or while cooking up hotdogs while we serve and connect with the margins of our community. The goal is to simply "be" in our community...serving, loving, playing, eating, and just hanging out. We will grill out lunch, give away free groceries, and just connect together with our community. It's a special time that you will never forget.                                         

Dress to be outside. We will gather at 10:00 AM at 15 Perry Street. Come join us!

Jesus teaches us that we are not here to be served but to serve. Bottom line? It's not all about you. We have opportunities every week to forget yourself and serve others. Click here to find out more.

One of the first lessons we learn from Jesus is that the faith journey is not designed to be traveled alone. In fact, following Jesus and living out his mission were originally experienced from a communal perspective. It seems our highly individualistic culture has pushed us off track from that communal experience though. It's because of this that we intentionally gather together in smaller groups of people throughout the week. We call them villages...but maybe the better label might just be house churches. Together, villages seek to live a lifestyle that answers these two questions - "what is the mission of Jesus in our community?" and "how are we going to immerse ourselves in that mission?" Come hang out with us to learn more about a village. This is where everything happens...
